11. Governing Law and Forum

These Terms and Conditions along with MentalHealthCE’s Privacy Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of law rules. You expressly consent and agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in California. The parties hereby waive any and all rights to a trial by jury. Any cause of action by you with respect to the Site, the Privacy Policy, or any Content or related services must be instituted within six (6) months after the cause of action arose or shall be forever waived and barred.
