Social Work Posttest Requirements and Retest Policy

Social workers must pass the posttest with 80% in 3 attempts to be eligible for CE credit.

Psychologist Test Limit

What if I don’t pass a test?
For Psychologists, each test may be taken up to 3 times. After submitting a test for scoring, if you do not achieve a passing score, you will be told which items were incorrect.

Non-interactive,Distance Learning

All of our distance learning courses are non-interactive course.

Delivery Method: What is covered by the course fee?

If you choose the “By Mail Format” you will receive via First Class Mail a manual, answer book, and CD or DVD. You have the option of having the certificate mailed to you via first class mail or e – mailed to you

If you choose the online format you will receive nothing via First Class Mail. All coursework is electronic and taken online. You do have the option to have the certificate e-mailed to you.

How to Take a CE Course and Awarding Certificate

Make payment
To make payment add Course(s) to Cart. Click Checkout. Please note- write down the order# to receive your certificate after testing
Create an Account
Your Account maintains a record of Courses Purchased, Order #s, and Certificates Issued.
a. When logging into Account, the Username is your Email address.
b. Write down and retain your Password.
c. Write down and retain the Order# provided after payment.
The Order# is also available in your “Account Information."
Read Course Content and take Test
Get Certificate
Once you have received a passing score, you will need to provide the Order# to verify payment. Your certificate is sent to the email address provided.
(Note: Email filters may send your certificate to Spam or Trash folders.)
You are able to view all Course Content at no charge. Note you will need to pay for course first to enable you to receive a CE credit Certificate.
