Parents want the best for their children, and Latino fathers are no exception. Latino fathers are sometimes less aware that their involvement counts and they are unsure how to be involved, at times, as well. This provides a great opportunity for Head Start staff in that fathers care and do want to be involved, only they do not know-how. Therefore what is their responsibility?
